Susanna Fardy is the Head of Real Estate and General Services, USA & Canada. As an Officer of Enel North America, she oversees asset and general services delivery for USA & Canada. Additionally, she is responsible for relevant cross-functional projects in the same area.

In 2018, Ms. Fardy joined Enel as a Purchasing Specialist in O&M and held various key leadership roles. She has a proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes while promoting sustainability and circular economy initiatives. Notably, she has led a team of contract management personnel, overseeing all aspects of contract management activities. Susanna played a key role in developing and implementing an optimized cross-technology contract strategy across wind, solar, BESS, and geothermal technology lines. With a strong foundation in renewable energy, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, risk mitigation skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to optimizing processes throughout her career.

Susanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work with a focus in Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire. She is actively involved in professional networks as a member and guest lecturer for Women in Energy and as a member of the Women’s Energy Network.
