Surya Panditi is the President and CEO of Enel X North America, managing the company’s business in the United States and Canada. In this role, Mr. Panditi oversees the smart energy revolution Enel X is leading through its integrated, sustainable energy solutions and electric vehicle charging technologies. 

Mr. Panditi brings 25 years of experience in the technology sector to Enel X, leveraging his expertise on digital transformation across industries. With a career path ranging from launching startups to leading a $4 billion dollar business unit, Mr. Panditi is never afraid to take risks and branch into unchartered territories. 

Prior to joining Enel X in July 2019, Mr. Panditi was General Manager at software development company, CA Technologies. His background includes executive level leadership roles at Cisco Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Service Provider Networking Group, overseeing strategy, engineering, and marketing direction for service provider networking platforms. 

Mr. Panditi has also served in executive and advisory roles for several start-up companies including CEO of Avici (which he took public via an IPO), AirGrub, Advisor to StageOne Ventures, Rockport Systems, Enkoo (acquitted by SonicWall) and Rasa Networks (acquired by HPE).
